On arrival, the professional takes a start photo and records a short diagnosis that you can view in Sendafix.

A progress photo is added during the repair. At completion, a final photo and explanation of the work are recorded.

You automatically receive a work report with diagnosis, photos and work performed. Not satisfied yet? State why; the job remains open so the professional can adjust the work or add clarification.

Only after you confirm completion is the payment released.
