The price depends on the trade, the type of problem and whether you need a standard or urgent repair. Many common repairs are usually between €99 and €349. You always see the fixed price for your request before you pay.

The professional is only paid after the repair has been completed and you have approved the completion. This keeps the payment safely handled through Sendafix and makes the status clear for both parties.

Every repair is recorded step by step. The professional takes a start photo on arrival, adds a short diagnosis that you can read, takes a progress photo during the work and a final photo at completion. Afterwards you automatically receive a work/completion report describing the repair carried out.

If you do not agree, you can state the reason. The job remains open so the professional can provide additional explanation or continue the repair where needed. You can then review the completion again.

Sendafix is being rolled out region by region. We onboard professionals per region so availability and quality can be built up in a controlled way. Once your region is active, you can request a repair through the website or our free app.
